摘要：

【目的】 了解我国医药大学学报类期刊动物福利伦理审查现况并提出改善建议。【方法】 统计分析56种入选2020年版《中国科技核心期刊引证报告(核心版)》的医药大学学报类期刊稿约及其刊载的动物实验论文中动物福利伦理内容的完善情况。【结果】 仅少数期刊在稿约中明确提出动物实验伦理审查要求,论文大多未注明必要的动物伦理信息;稿约中有动物伦理要求的期刊,其论文中对应内容的注明情况显著优于稿约中无伦理要求期刊的论文;《中文核心期刊要目总览》来源期刊稿约和论文中动物伦理内容的完善情况均显著优于非来源期刊。【结论】 医药大学学报类期刊应重视实验动物福利伦理审查,在稿约中增加审查要求并认真执行,同时利用高校平台和资源优势,完善动物福利伦理审查制度。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to investigate the coverage of animal welfare and ethics in Chinese medicine university journals, so as to provide suggestions for improvement. [Methods] Coverage of animal welfare and ethics in author guidelines and animal experiment papers in 56 Chinese medicine university journals included by the Chinese S& T Journal Citation Reports (Core Edition) in 2020 was investigated and analyzed. [Findings] Requirements for animal welfare and ethics are included only in author guidelines of a few journals, and statements about ethics are absent in most papers. Inclusion of animal welfare and ethics codes requirements in author guidelines are related to higher coverage of the corresponding declare statements in the published papers. The completion of animal ethics in both author guidelines and papers of journals indexed by A Guide to the Core Chinese Journals is significantly better than those of non-core journals. [Conclusions] It is suggested that Chinese medicine university journals should attach greater importance to animal welfare and ethics, list and implement relevant requirements in author guidelines, and take advantage of the university education platform and sources, so as to improve the investigation system of animal welfare and ethics.
