摘要：

【目的】 探索建设世界一流期刊背景下军队医学期刊的特色化发展之路,为同类期刊提供借鉴。【方法】 以《解放军医学杂志》(以下简称《解医》)的具体实践为例,通过客观分析目前军队医学期刊面临的困境以及《解医》内外部环境,结合自身定位、学科特点以及办刊优势等因素,提出《解医》在发挥学术引领作用基础之上的特色化发展策略。【结果】 在建设世界一流期刊的大背景下,确立“学术引领,特色为王”的“三个核心出版”建设模式,即围绕内容创新,倡导以专家为核心的领航栏目建设、以社会效益为核心的应急出版建设以及以学术质量为核心的军事医学主题出版建设。通过充分发挥期刊学术引领作用、打造品牌特色和寻求差异化发展之路,《解医》影响力获得稳步提升。【结论】 军队医学期刊应找准定位,扬长避短,走差异化特色化办刊之路,实现可持续发展,进一步实现建设世界一流期刊的目标。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the characteristic development of military medical journals under the background of developing world-class journals and provide references for the similar journals. [Methods] We took the specific practice of Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army as an example. By objectively analyzing the current difficulties faced by military medical journals as well as the internal and external environment of Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army, we combined our positioning, discipline characteristics, operating advantages, and other factors to propose the characteristic development strategies for Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army based on its academic leading role. [Findings] Under the background of developing world-class journal, the "three-core publishing" pattern focused on "academic leadership and content priority" is established, namely, the construction of superiority columns with experts as the core, the construction of emergency publishing with social benefits as the core, and the construction of military medical theme publishing with academic quality as the core centering on content innovation. By giving play to academic leadership, building brand characteristics, and seeking the differentiated developing pattern, Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army significantly improves its influence. [Conclusions] Military medical journals should find out the right position, make full use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages, and insist on the operation of differentiation and characterization, thereby achieving sustainable development and the goal of becoming a world-class journal.
