科教类期刊国内外现状比较及发展建议

Status quo of scientific education journals: A comparison between China and abroad and suggestions

摘要:

【目的】 对自然科学学科科教类期刊进行单独归类,总结其发展现状和存在问题,并为服务学科建设、实现高质量发展提出可行性建议和对策。 【方法】 采用数据调查、统计分析、类比说明和案例探究方法,归纳国内和国际科教类期刊的创刊历史、发文规模、学科设置、聚焦内容和影响力等多维信息,发现国内外科教类期刊发展过程中的问题和局限,并提出相应的完善路径和建议。 【结果】 我国科教类期刊呈现出总规模较小且发文量仍在下降、新刊创办停滞、学科分布不均的现状;相比于国际,国内期刊评价体系缺少对科教类期刊类别的单独设置,制约国内科教类期刊影响力的发挥;期刊内容方面,对交叉学科和产学研融合发展仍有健全空间。 【结论】 建设科教类期刊应把握国家政策支持和科研学术支撑双重优势,建立科教类期刊自信、扩大规模,内容上注重交叉学科和教育教学领域成果转化,形成可服务于产学研融合教学的新模式,建设合理主动引导学科布局、注重教育教学和人才培养的高质量科教类期刊群体。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to sort out scientific education journals, sum up the current situation and problems, and thereby set forth suggestions for high-quality development of the journals and better support of discipline development. [Methods] With the methods of data survey, statistical analysis, analogy, and case study, this paper investigated the multi-dimensional information of scientific education journals in China and abroad, such as the history, number, discipline distribution, content, and impact, summarized the problems and limitations, and then proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. [Findings] Scientific education journals in China show small scale, small and declining number of papers, no new journals in recent years, and uneven discipline distribution. In addition, there is no independent evaluation system for these journals in China as compared with foreign countries, thus limiting their development. Moreover, they should emphasize the education and research on interdisciplines and more effort should be made to strengthen the cooperation with research institutes and enterprises. [Conclusions] With the support of national policy and scientific research, scientific education journals should build up self-confidence, scale up, emphasize interdisciplines and the latest research outcomes, and integrate the enterprise-university-research institute cooperation, to build a high-quality cluster that actively and reasonably guides the discipline layout and enhance education, teaching, and talent training.
