摘要：

【目的】 了解作者对生态学核心期刊的评价和投稿意愿,以便更加高效、精准地开展期刊工作。【方法】 根据中国知网和《中国科技期刊引证报告》,遴选出9种生态学核心期刊为研究对象,获取样本期刊近5年(2014—2018年)的载文信息,提取发文量排名前20的作者为主要作者群,以主要作者群和期刊编委为调查对象。通过问卷星平台,设计调查问卷,利用邮件、微信等通讯工具发放和回收问卷。【结果】 我国生态学核心期刊在学术交流和人才培养方面发挥了积极作用,但在引导学科发展及先进技术方法传播方面还有很大不足。人才评价体系、期刊学术影响力、审稿速度以及期刊定位等是影响作者投稿意愿的重要因素。【结论】 科技期刊未来应注重绩效考评体系改革、提高期刊学术影响力、提升审稿速度和加强期刊选题策划等工作。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to understand the journal evaluation and the submission willingness of authors to China's core ecology journals, so as to carry out the journal operation work efficiently and precisely. [Methods] Nine core ecology journals were selected as the research objects via CNKI and Chinese S& T Journal Citation Reports. The article information of nine journals in the past five years (2014-2018) was obtained through CNKI, and the top twenty authors by the quantity of published articles were selected as the main group of authors. The main authors and editorial board members were chosen as the investigatede objects. The questionnaire was designed through the tool of Sojump, and it was delivered and retrieved by e-mail, WeChat, and other communication tools. [Findings] The core ecology journals in China have played a positive role in cultivating talents, but there are still many shortcomings in guiding the development of disciplines and the dissemination of advanced technologies and methods. Talent evaluation system, journal academic influence, review speed, and journal positioning are several important factors affecting the submission willingness of authors. [Conclusions] In the future, scientific journals should pay attention to the innovation of the performance evaluation system, improve journals' academic influence, accelerate manuscript review, and strengthen the topic selection and planning.
