摘要：

【目的】 针对师范大学自然科学学报竞争力不强的现状,提出相应的策略,以增强其竞争力。【方法】 以师范大学自然科学学报为研究对象,通过数据对比、文献梳理等方法对其发展现状进行分析,查找制约其竞争力提升的症结所在。【结果】 师范大学自然科学学报被CSCD收录的数量呈减少趋势,入选《中文核心期刊要目总览》的学报位次呈下降趋势的居多,其刊登的论文类别在定量评价中不具有竞争优势,同时还存在部门管理劣势明显、稿源开放度不够和学界认可度不高等问题。【结论】 从“刊”的维度,分别从栏目设置、管理激励、学术策划和培育新人等方面提出提升师范大学自然科学学报竞争力的相关策略;从“人”的视角,分别从编辑队伍、作者群体、审稿专家和编委会等方面提出提升师范大学自然科学学报竞争力的相关策略。以“刊”和“人”的双向竞争力提升来破解制约师范大学自然科学学报发展的瓶颈问题,以期为该类学报的整体学术竞争力提升提供发展策略参考。

Abstract:

[Purposes] In view of the weak competitiveness situation of natural science journals of normal universities, this paper puts forward the relevant strategies to enhance their competitiveness. [Methods] The research whose objects were the natural science journals of normal universities, analyzed the current situation of their development, and found the crux restricting their competitiveness through data comparison, literature review, and other methods. [Findings] The number of natural science journals of normal universities indexed by CSCD is decreasing, and the number of journals selected into Key List of Chinese Core Journals is decreasing. The papers published in natural science journals of normal universities do not have competitive advantages in quantitative evaluation, and there are obvious disadvantages of department management, insufficient openness of contribution sources, and low recognition in academic circle. Therefore, effective measures should be taken to solve these problems. [Conclusions] From the dimension of journals, this research puts forward the relevant strategies to improve their competitiveness from the aspects of column setting, management incentive, academic planning, and cultivating new talents. Also from the perspective of people, this research puts forward the correlative strategies to improve their competitiveness from the aspects of editorial team, author group, reviewers, and editorial board. To solve the bottleneck problem restricting the journal development, the competitiveness of journals and people must be improved. The strategic reference should be considered for the promotion of the overall academic competitiveness of such journals.
