基于层次分析法的青年编委遴选方法

A method for selection of young editorial board members based on analytic hierarchy process

摘要:

【目的】 探索一种更加科学的青年编委遴选方法。【方法】 利用层次分析法确立青年编委评价指标体系,通过11位资深编辑打分构建判断矩阵,通过一致性检验,确定各指标的权重,从而构建出青年编委评价模型。【结果】在遴选青年编委时,SCI论文个人影响因子、SCI论文发文量、该刊发文篇均被引频次和该刊发文量是主编们首要考虑的因素,复合权重分别为0.472、0.234、0.141和0.078。以《农业环境科学学报》为例,利用该方法能够得到青年学者的综合得分,从而遴选出所需数量的青年编委。【结论】 利用该方法遴选青年编委具有较强的科学性和可操作性,可以为广大拟组建青年编委会的编辑部提供方法参考。

Abstract:

[Purposes] The purpose of this paper is to find a scientific method for the selection of young editorial board members. [Methods] The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to build the evaluation model for the young editorial board members. First, the index-system was built up. Second, 11 high-level scientific journal editors were invited to score the different indexes based on the relative importance. Finally, the evaluation model was built based on the weight of different indexes after the consistency of indexes was examined. [Findings] The personal impact factor of SCI papers, amount of SCI papers, average citation frequency per paper of the specified journal, and amount of papers published in the specified journal are the primary considerations in evaluation of young editorial board members, and the weights are 0.472, 0.234, 0.141, and 0.078, respectively. Using the proposed method, the scores of young researchers are calculated based on the data from Journal of Agro-Environment Science, and then we can select young editorial board members according to these scores. [Conclusions] The proposed method for the selection of young editorial board members using analytic hierarchy process is scientific and easy to operate.
