摘要：

【目的】 在建设世界一流科技期刊的背景下,探寻普通期刊的价值,提出普通期刊发展的建议,以期为在“奔一流”的大潮中不知何去何从的普通期刊同仁坚定前行的信心和动力。【方法】 采用文献分析法对我国普通期刊的价值及未来发展进行深入探讨。【结果】 普通期刊可以促进期刊行业多元化稳定发展,是我国期刊产业生态体系不可或缺的重要支撑;在建设世界一流科技期刊的背景下,普通期刊应积极关注世界一流科技期刊建设、提升编辑业务能力、合纵连横寻求量变到质变的飞跃。【结论】 普通期刊的存在对一流期刊建设有着重要的意义,在建设世界一流科技期刊的时代浪潮中,普通期刊要积极应对、求生存谋发展,为我国期刊事业健康蓬勃发展贡献力量。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Under the background of building world-class scientific journals, the value and development of ordinary journals are explored from the perspective of strengthening the confidence and motivation of colleagues in ordinary journals. [Methods] The document analysis method was used to explore the value and development of ordinary journals. [Findings] Ordinary journals can promote the diversified and stable development of the industrial ecosystem of journals, and should focus on the new developments of building world-class scientific journals, improve the expertise of editors to seize opportunities, and cooperate with multiple parties. [Conclusions] The existence of ordinary journals is important to the construction of world-class journals. The ordinary journals should actively respond to the challenges and changes brought by building world-class scientific journals, and make great contributions to the development of journal industry.
