摘要：

【目的】 探讨把握当前我国科技期刊发展的关键难点与实践路径,以期为我国科技期刊深化改革提供借鉴。【方法】 通过梳理相关文献,在“培育世界一流科技期刊”背景下,总结我国科技期刊发展现状与存在问题,提出针对性建议。【结果】 对标国际经验,加强政策导向,推动刊号改革,打造标杆出版企业,实施科技期刊人才计划,探索建立适应我国科技成果特点的评价体系,这对我国科技期刊的发展具有重要的实践意义。【结论】 当前我国科技期刊发展迎来宝贵的战略机遇期,相关政府部门、科研资助机构、国内科技期刊界应共同努力,加快落实和深化推进我国科技期刊的改革发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper explores the key difficulties and solutions, in order to offer inspirations for further reformation of scientific journals in China.[Methods] Under the background of cultivating world-class scientific journals, this paper investigated the relevant literatures, analyzed the current situation, and summarized the existing problems. Then the targeted suggestions would be given.[Findings] Following the international experience, this paper puts forward several specific recommendations, such as strengthening the policy guide, promoting the serial number reformation, creating the successful publishing press, implementing the talent support program of scientific journals, and exploring the new evaluation criteria of scientific results. These recommendations have important practical significance for the development of scientific journals in China.[Conclusions] Now Chinese scientific journals are facing important strategic opportunities for development. Related governmental agencies, funding organizations, and Chinese scientific journals should cooperate with each other to implement and deepen the developmental reformation of scientific journals in China.
