摘要：

目的 了解陕西省科技期刊改革实际情况、更好推进科技期刊行业转企改制步伐。方法 以抽样调查的方式,对陕西部分科技期刊转企改制现状展开追踪,按照比例发放问卷136份,回收有效问卷123份。结果 发现当前科技期刊存在体制格局僵化、经营方式单一、人力资源不足与数字化水平不高等迫切需要改革的现实困境。在分析困境基础上,提出分别通过“坚持‘因刊制宜’的改革目标与规划”、“依靠立体化经营的盈利模式”、“转变人员‘墨守成规’的思维观念”以及“形成‘多媒体联动’的数字化发展模式”等具体改革措施,对难题逐个击破。结论 希冀帮助陕西省科技期刊在未来市场化改革中占领先机,赢得生存权利。

Abstract:

[Purpose] To understand the actual situation for journals of scientific and technical reform in Shaanxi Province and promote the transformation of Journals of science and technology community better.[Methodology] We investigated the actual situation for journals of scientific and technical transformation in Shaanxi Province by the way of sampling survey.In this investigation,we distributed 136 questionnaires in proportion and took back 123 valid ones.[Findings] We found out that journals of science and technology had difficulties which include rigid systematic structure,single operation mode,insufficient human resources and low digital level.Based on the analysis for these difficulties,we put forward some specific reform measures which include formulate reform goals and planning according to the characteristics of each journal,depend on the profitmodel of three-dimensional management,change editors’traditional idea and form the digital developmentmodel ofmulti-media interaction to solve the problem one by one.[Conclusions] We hope this research can help journals of science and technology in Shaanxi Province to get a leg up in the future transformation and w in the right to live.
