摘要：
【目的】 我国科技期刊多采用组织综述论文来提高稿源质量和期刊影响力,通过分析已发表综述论文的引用和下载数据,明确组稿目标,指导组稿实践。【方法】 通过分析《自动化学报》2012—2016年发表综述论文的引用、下载数据,比较不同获取方式、不同作者、不同机构发文的引证数据,探讨高被引和零被引综述的特征。【结果】 通过分析,从选题、约稿对象、撰写、评审、服务等方面归纳总结了综述论文的组织策略。【结论】 综述论文需要关注热点研究领域具有一定研究基础的选题,遴选由对当前选题比较熟悉的、工作在科研一线的副教授或者教授撰写的综述论文,期刊需要在征稿须知中明确综述论文的撰写要求、评审要点,“综”与“述”并重,同时将综述论文的优惠政策和服务广而告之,吸引作者和读者的关注。

Abstract:
[Purposes] Chinese scientific journals solicit reviews to improve the quality of manuscripts and the influence of journals. This paper aims to clear soliciting targets and guide practice through the analysis of citation and download data of the published reviews. [Methods] The citation and download data of the published reviews of Acta Automatica Sinica from 2012 to 2016 were analyzed based on different acquisition methods, authors, and organizations. Also, the characteristics of highly cited and zero-cited reviews were researched. [Findings] The strategies of soliciting reviews are summarized from topics, selecting authors, writing, peer reviewing, service, and so on. [Conclusions] Chinese scientific journals should pay attention to hot topics when soliciting the reviews, and the reviews written by associate professors and professors should be recommended. As for journals, reviews' writing requirements, peer review rules, and special services should be clearly noted on the websites of journals.
