科技期刊编辑职业延迟满足状况分析及提升策略

Status of vocational delay of gratification for scientific journal editors and corresponding promotion strategy

摘要:

目的 分析科技期刊编辑职业延迟满足的状况,探讨编辑职业延迟满足水平的提升策略。方法 采用现场调查和网络发放职业延迟满足量表的方式对科技期刊编辑的职业延迟满足进行调查。结果 科技期刊编辑职业延迟满足总分为(22.99±2.86)分,得分指标为74.20%;工作延迟维度和职业生涯延迟维度得分分别为(11.36±1.83)分和(11.63±1.50)分,得分指标分别为71.00%和72.70%。结论 科技期刊编辑职业延迟满足处于中等偏上水平,有待进一步提升。提高编辑敬业度,拓宽职业发展空间以提升编辑工作延迟满足;利用榜样示范效应,增强职业自我效能感提升编辑职业生涯延迟满足。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the status of vocational delay of gratification for scientific journal editors, and explore the corresponding promotion strategies to improve the vocational delay of gratification.[Methods] We investigated vocational delay of gratification of scientific journal editors by the onsite investigation and the vocational delay of gratification questionnaire.[Findings] The total score of vocational delay of gratification is 22.99±2.86, and the index score is 74.20%. The score of work delay of gratification is 11.36±1.83, the score of occupation career delay of gratification is 11.63±1.50, and the index scores are 71.00% and 72.70%, respectively.[Conclusions]The vocational delay of gratification is at an over medium level, which needs to be further improved. The promotion strategies of vocational delay of gratification include promoting engagement, broadening vocational development, using the model demonstration effect, and strengthening career self-efficacy.
