Abstract:

In the 35 year development process， Chinese Journal of Scientific and Technical Periodicals has always adhered to the purpose of promoting the prosperity of the journal industry， advancing scientific progress， and serving the socialist modernization construction. With a serious and rigorous academic style and strict arrangement process， it has made due contributions to the high-quality development of China’s scientific journal editing and publishing industry by cultivating editors and publishing talents without any constraints， disseminating new technologies and methods for scientific journal editing and publishing. Chinese Journal of Scientific and Technical Periodicals is not only a mentor and friend on the growth path of scientific journal editors， but also a guiding light for the career of scientific journal editors. Not only does it provide a showcase for editors of scientific journals， but it also practices the concept of leading scientific innovation， cultivating and discovering talents， and building a strong education country， contributing its own strength to the high-quality development of China’s scientific journal publishing industry.
