摘要：

【目的】 分析国内大量优质稿件投向SCI收录期刊的现状,探索高校学报的发展之路。【方法】 阐述SCI收录期刊的品牌效应,揭示作者优先选择向SCI收录期刊投稿的动因;通过问卷调查了解SCI收录期刊的办刊特点,为高校学报改进工作方法、树立办刊新理念提供参考。对比几所高校主办的SCI收录英文科技期刊与EI收录的高校学报在中国知网已发表论文的被引频次和下载次数,探讨在同一所高校主办的中、英文期刊上发表论文后的学术表现。【结果】 高校学报作为中文科技期刊在国内拥有更广泛的读者群和借鉴价值。学术繁荣的外因来自于研发资金投入、政策导向与奖励;期刊影响力提升的内因在于主编、编委、编辑等办刊人员集激情、见识、水平、活力于一身精准选稿。【结论】 高校学报是体现高校办刊能力的学术名片,高校办刊效果直接影响学校形象与声誉,“助创新、创一流、扬校名”作为高校办刊的初心,在办刊人的努力下完全可以实现。

Abstract:

[Purposes] With the condition of a large number of high-quality papers being submitted to the SCI journals, this study aims to explore the development paths of university journals. [Methods] We illustrated the brand effect of SCI journals, and revealed the motivation of the authors to give priority to submitting to SCI journals. We adopted questionnaire survey to investigate the editing characteristics of SCI journals, and provided references for university journals to improve the working methods, and to establish a new concept of running journals. We compared the citations and downloads of several English journals indexed in SCI and university journals indexed in EI to discuss the citations of the journals hosted by the same university. [Findings] University journals have a wide readership and referential value in China. The external factors of academic prosperity come from research and development investment, policy orientation, and reward. The internal factor of journal enhancing impact is that the editor-in-chief, editorial board members, and editors have passion, insight, level, and vigor in the precise selection of papers. [Conclusions] University journals are the academic cards that show the ability of universities to run the journals, and effect of running journals by universities has a direct influence on the image of the university. The university journals should stay true to the mission, that is, to help innovation, create the first class, and improve the popularity of university names, which will be realized with the endeavor of editors.
