摘要：

【目的】 在军队革命性重整重塑的背景下,分析改革对军队期刊的影响,提出军队院校综合性期刊的发展策略,为军队期刊未来发展提供参考借鉴。【方法】 通过CNKI检索收集文献,对有关军队院校进行调研,并结合《空军工程大学学报》有关统计数据及办刊实际进行分析研究。【结果】 军队院校期刊受改革影响,产生期刊业务不停动荡、人员流动加快、管理模式亟需重建等问题。【结论】 军队院校综合性期刊应以人才培养为首要任务,找准生存位置,坚持综合性发展方向,合理利用期刊评价指标,在期刊知识生产、出版与发行全过程中积极运用媒体融合技术,并按照复合型、高素质的要求对编辑队伍进行全方位培养。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Under the background of revolutionary reorganization and remolding of the army, this paper analyzes the influence of reform on military periodicals, and puts forward the development strategies for comprehensive periodicals of military academies, so as to provide references for the future development of military periodicals. [Methods] Through the literature retrieval and collection in CNKI, the relevant military academies were investigated, and the analysis and research were carried out in combination with the relevant statistical data of Journal of Air Force Engineering University and the actual operation of this journal. [Findings] Under the influence of the reform, the periodical business of military academies is in the constant turmoil, personnel flow is accelerated, and the management mode is in urgent need of reconstruction. [Conclusions] The comprehensive journals of military academies should take talents cultivation as the primary task, identify their survival position, adhere to the direction of comprehensive development, rationally use journal evaluation indicators, actively use media convergence technology in the entire process of journal knowledge production, publication, and distribution, and follow the requirements of compound type and high-quality to train the editorial teams.
