摘要：

目的 了解我国医学期刊论文同等贡献署名现状，推动同等贡献署名规范化建设。 方法 采用案例分析法，以50种中文医学期刊为研究对象，分析期刊对同等贡献署名的管理现状、问题及建议。 结果 在纳入研究的科技期刊中，仅20.0%公开发布了期刊对论文同等贡献署名的要求，具体可分为标注方式、数量限制和适用情况3类；尚没有期刊关注同等贡献署名论文的引用标注问题。 结论 我国中文医学期刊在同等贡献署名规范建设方面相对滞后，建议尽快建立公开透明的同等贡献署名规范，弹性限制作者数量，弱化对署名单位的强制要求；并完善引用标注机制，保障同等贡献作者的学术权益。

Abstract:

Purposes This study aims to investigate the management policies of equal contribution authorship in Chinese medical journals， to advance the standardization of authorship practices. Methods We analyzed 50 Chinese medical journals to examine status， problems， and suggestions regarding equal contribution authorship using case study analysis. Findings Only 20.0% among these journals outlined requirements for such authorship， focusing on three aspects： annotation formats， limitations on the number of contributors， and eligibility criteria. However， none of them paid attention on citation of equal contribution authorship. Conclusions The development of equal contribution authorship policies has lagged behind in Chinese medical journals. They should establish transparent and standardized authorship guidelines to flexibly limit the number of equal contribution authors， as well relax mandatory institutional affiliation restrictions. And enhance citation annotation mechanisms to ensure fair recognition.
