Digitalization and intelligence development status of foreign academic publishing group and China's countermeasures and suggestions

摘要:

【目的】 探讨在大数据时代提升我国学术出版数字化和智能化水平的措施。【方法】 采用文献分析法和案例分析法总结国际学术出版集团数字化和智能化发展的状况与最新策略。【结果】 国外学术出版数字化和智能化发展策略包括5个方面:提升基于用户体验的数字内容出版平台功能;加强基于技术创新的多模态数字内容建设;开发基于数据决策分析工具的知识服务;变革基于人工智能技术的出版流程;加强基于开放获取的数据仓储开发。【结论】 我国学术出版数字化和智能化发展的关键是:通过整合优质内容强化数字资源建设,采用智能技术优化学术出版流程,深化具有高附加值问题解决方案的知识服务,建立基于开放获取科研成果的长期制度。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study explores the measures to improve the digitalization and intelligence level of academic publishing in China in the era of big data. [Methods] This study summarized the status and latest strategies of the development of digitalization and intelligence of international academic publishing groups with literature analysis and case analysis. [Findings] The digitalization and intelligence development strategy of foreign academic publishing groups includes the following five aspects: improving the function of digital content publishing platform based on users' experience, strengthening the construction of multimodal digital content based on technology innovation, developing knowledge services based on data decision analysis tools, optimizing the publishing process based on artificial intelligence, and strengthening data warehouse development based on open access. [Conclusions] The key to the digitalization and intelligence development of academic publishing in China is to integrate high-quality content to strengthen the construction of digital content resources, adopt intelligent technology to optimize the academic publishing process, deepen the knowledge services with high value-added solutions, and establish a long-term system based on open access to scientific research results.
