出版后同行评议及其对国内学术出版的启示

摘要:

【目的】 对国外出版后同行评议的理论与实践进行分析,为国内学术出版提供参考。【方法】 采用文献法、调查法了解出版后同行评议的内涵与外延、价值、面临的问题及创新路径,提出对国内学术出版的启示。【结果】国内科技期刊应积极试行开放评议,树立出版后评议意识;建立期刊论坛等同行评议平台,为出版后评议提供技术支持;制定完善的编辑政策和评议认证制度,为出版后同行评议提供制度保障。【结论】 随着数字出版和开放评议的不断发展,出版后同行评议作为一种新趋势有着更广阔的发展空间。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the theory and practice of post-publication peer review (PPPR) in foreign countries, and provide references for Chinese academic publishing. [Methods] Using the literature method and investigation method, we discussed the connotation and extension, value, problems, and innovation paths of PPPR, and put forward the enlightenment to Chinese academic publishing. [Findings] Chinese scientific journals should actively conduct open peer review, establish the awareness of PPPR; establish the peer-review platforms such as journal forums, provide technical support for PPPR; develop sound editorial policies and review certification systems, and provide institutional guarantees for PPPR. [Conclusions] With the continuous development of digital publishing and open review, PPPR as a new trend has a broader development space.
