【目的】 利用区块链去中心化、可追溯、可验证、不可篡改等特征,将分布式存储、智能合约、时间戳等应用于科技论文的网络首发出版模式上,建立起信任机制,增强科技论文首发的各方信任关系,保障首发安全。【方法】 将科技论文首发划分为两类,一类是作者首发,另一类是科技期刊首发。研究科技论文从作者首发出版到科技期刊首发出版间的信任保障机制,并讨论基于区块链的科技论文网络首发出版模式特征、原理以及架构。【结果】 区块链在科技论文网络首发出版中保护稿件的原创性,缩短稿件发表周期,增加作者投稿信心,监督各角色在稿件处理过程中的行为,震慑一稿多投等学术不端行为,保护作者和科技期刊的权益。【结论】 应用区块链于科技论文首发出版中有利于建立起各方的信任关系,促进学术传播。
[Purposes] Using the characteristics of blockchain, such as decentralization, traceability, verifiability, and unforgeability, the distributed storage, smart contract, and time stamp are applied to the online priority publication mode of scientific papers, so as to establish a trust mechanism, enhance the trust relationship among parties participating in the online priority publication of scientific papers, and ensure the security of the priority publication. [Methods] The priority publication of scientific papers could be divided into two categories, one is the author's priority publication, and the other is the priority publication of scientific journals. This paper studied the trust guarantee mechanisms between the author's priority publication and the priority publication of scientific journal, and discussed the characteristics, principles, and framework of online priority publication mode of scientific papers based on blockchain. [Findings] The online priority publication mode of scientific papers based on blockchain protects the originality of manuscripts, shortens the publication cycle, increases the author's confidence in the submission, supervises the behaviors of various roles in the process of manuscript processing, deters academic misconduct such as multiple contributions of one manuscript, and protects the rights and interests of authors and scientific journals. [Conclusions] The online priority publication mode of scientific papers based on blockchain is conducive to establishing trust relationship among all parties and promoting academic communication.
