摘要：
【目的】 对CiteScore和《期刊引证报告》(JCR)期刊评价体系收录期刊的异同进行比较,并分析CiteScore对期刊评价研究与实践的潜在影响。【方法】 对CiteScore 2016版及JCR 2015版收录的期刊进行统计分析,比较两者在期刊收录范围、相互覆盖程度、期刊影响因子计算方法、影响力排名分区的差异,分析中国科技期刊在2个评价体系中的表现。【结果】 CiteScore和JCR所采用的评价期刊影响因子的计算方法类似,对期刊影响力的评价结果总体存在较高的一致性。【结论】CiteScore和JCR将并存一段时间,并推动完善国际期刊评价方法的研究热潮。

Abstract:
[Purposes] This study aims to compare the journal evaluation systems between CiteScore and JCR, and analyze potential impact of CiteScore on the research and practice of journal evaluation. [Methods] According to the data sources of CiteScore (2016 Ed.) and JCR (2015 Ed.), we compared the similarities and differences of two evaluation systems on scope of indexed periodicals, coverage range, calculation method of periodical impact factor, periodical ranking partition, and analyzed the performance of Chinese periodicals by two evaluation systems. [Findings] The calculation methods and evaluation results have high similarity and consistency between CiteScore and JCR evaluation systems. [Conclusions] Two evaluation systems will exist for a period of time, and promote the research boom of journal evaluation to perfect research methods of journal evaluation.
