论文中介网站冒名期刊欺骗作者的危害与应对策略

Study on the harm and coping strategies for the impersonation cheating of thesis intermediary websites

摘要:

【目的】为相关主管单位、期刊编辑部、作者等应对代写代发论文中介网站冒名欺骗期刊作者的行为提供对策建议。【方法】运用调查研究、网络搜索引擎、案例分析等方法,分析论文中介网站冒名欺骗期刊作者的危害,提出应对的策略。【结果】论文中介网站冒名期刊欺骗作者的危害性极大,对此,相关主管单位应加强管理;搜索引擎网络公司应严格自律;一些有影响力的学会或科研院所等可发起建立集约化的投审稿平台;期刊编辑部需通过自身努力加强宣传;作者应提高自身网络素养,提高检索能力,避免上当受骗。【结论】呼吁社会各界对这一乱象共同关注并合力打击,以匡正学术风气,遏制学术不端,保护读者、作者、期刊等的合法权益。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper provides coping strategies and suggestions for the related adm inistrative departments, the journals'editorial departments,and authors to deal w ith the impersonation cheating behavior in ghostwriting and intermediary-publishing by some thesis intermediary websites. [Methods] Through investigation and research, w ith the help of web search engines, and by using the method of case study,this paper analyzed the harm of impersonation cheating behavior of some thesis intermediary websites, and then discussed the coping strategies. [Findings] The cheating behavior of some intermediary websites who impersonate as the journal producers causes greatharm,so the related administrative departments should strengthen their supervision in this area.Web search engine companies mustobey a strict self-discipline;some influential academy organizations and associations or scientific research institutes can initiate to build an intensive subm ission and review system;journals'editorial departments need to expand their web impact by themselves. In order to avoid being cheated, authors need to master some methods. [Conclusions] This paper can arouse the concerns of different social sectors to fight together, rectify the academic atmosphere of the whole society,effectively prevent the occurrence of academic misconduct, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of readers, authors and journals.
