Promotion of editing and proofreading quality and disseminating quality of scientific journals based on two-dimensional code

摘要:

【目的】 介绍煤炭科学研究总院出版传媒集团5种期刊在论文二维码使用中的经验,为科技期刊向“互联网+知识服务”转型发展提供参考。【方法】 根据场景理论研判科技期刊移动端的用户需求,确定基于中国煤炭行业知识服务平台的二维码功能实现,主要包括线上论文的免费开放阅读、HTML全文结构化预览、增强素材延伸阅读、基于论文的知识问答。在实施方面,综合考虑各刊资源现状及出版流程,优化二维码的制作及编排。【结果】 二维码实现“纸刊-平台-移动端”的链接,可有效提高论文传播力、丰富科技信息阅读体验、促进科研人员之间的互动交流,同时避免集群平台成为移动互联网面前的“数据孤岛”。 【结论】 在探索集群化、数字化出版时,科技期刊既要紧跟媒介形态及技术平台的演进,也要借助二维码充分整合链接各种媒介资源,为用户提供更加精准、便捷、可交互的知识服务。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study introduces the experience of five scientific journals of Publishing and Media Group, China Coal Research Institute in using two-dimensional code, and provides references for transformation of other scientific journals from traditional publishers to internet+knowledge servicers. [Methods] Based on scene theory, this study analyzed the user demand of mobile terminal of scientific journals, and determined the services after scanning two-dimensional code based on China Coal Industry Knowledge Service Platform, including online papers free reading, HTML structured preview, enhanced materials watching, and knowledge quiz based on papers. In terms of implementation, the production and arrangement of two-dimensional code were optimized by taking into account the resource status and publishing process of each journal. [Findings] The two-dimensional code realizes the link of printed journals, platform, and mobile terminal. It improves the dissemination power of the paper, enriches the reading experience of scientific and technological information, and promotes the interactive communication among scientific researchers, while avoiding the cluster platform from becoming the data island in front of the mobile internet. [Conclusions] When exploring clustering and digital publishing, scientific journals should not only follow the evolution of media forms and technology platforms, but also fully integrate and link various media resources with the help of two-dimensional code, so as to provide users with more accurate, convenient, and interactive knowledge services.
