基于Axure RP的智能审稿专家遴选系统原型设计

摘要:

【目的】 展示使用Axure RP软件进行智能审稿专家遴选系统的原型设计思路和过程,为编辑同行利用Axure RP设计开发出满足自身工作需求、提高工作效率的现代化软件平台提供参考。【方法】 将原型设计软件Axure RP引入智能审稿专家遴选系统的创建中,根据送审工作的实际需求分析,构建系统功能框架,并基于Axure RP进行智能审稿专家遴选系统原型设计,最后给出该系统的开发构想。【结果】 基于Axure RP能快速、高效地创建智能审稿专家遴选系统原型,直观生成用于演示且带有交互功能的界面。从智能审稿专家遴选系统的原型展示界面来看,该系统具有智能化、数据可视化等优点,并具有优化管理大量审稿专家资源信息、自动统计和汇总专家审稿时效、综合给出专家评分、智能遴选、灵活方便且快捷准确进行信息查询等功能,弥补了传统做法的不足,可大大提高科技期刊编辑送审工作效率和质量。【结论】 建立审稿专家智能遴选系统是科技期刊编辑的迫切需求。Axure RP为智能审稿专家遴选系统的前端设计提供了有效解决办法。科技期刊编辑应在合理范围内尝试新技术和方法,设计开发出满足自身工作需求、提高工作效率的现代化软件平台。

Abstract:

[Purposes] By demonstrating the idea and process of prototype design of the intelligent review expert selection system using Axure RP, this paper aims to provide reference for editors to further use Axure RP to design and develop modern software platforms that meet their own work requirements and improve work efficiency. [Methods] The prototype design software Axure RP was introduced into the establishment of the intelligent review expert selection system. According to the analysis of the actual needs of submission for review, the functional framework of the system was constructed, and the prototype design of the intelligent review expert selection system was carried out based on Axure RP. Finally, the development idea of the system was given. [Findings] Based on Axure RP, the intelligent review expert selection system prototype can be created quickly and efficiently, and interfaces with interactive effects for demonstration can be generated intuitively. From the prototype display interface of intelligent review expert selection system, the system has the advantages of intelligence, data visualization, and the functions such as optimal management of a large number of reviewer resource information, automatic statistics and summary review time, comprehensive evaluation for review experts, intelligent selection, and flexible, convenient, fast and accurate information query, which makes up for the deficiencies of traditional practices, and can greatly improve the work efficiency and quality of scientific journal editors. [Conclusions] It is an urgent need for editors of scientific journals to establish an intelligent review expert selection system. Axure RP provides an effective solution for front-end design of the intelligent manuscript review expert selection system. Editors of scientific journals should try new technologies and methods within a reasonable range, and design and develop modern software platforms to meet their own work needs and improve work efficiency.
