摘要：

【目的】统计、分析医院主办医学期刊存在的问题,并提出发展建议。【方法】以中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）中统计的医学期刊为统计源,筛选出符合医院主办的医学期刊,通过统计期刊的特征分析存在的问题;结合文献阅读,与已有研究中其他期刊的情况进行比较,提出建议。【结果】符合条件的期刊共222种。与国内其他期刊类似,医院主办医学期刊存在主管单位建制多样、出版周期偏长、各学科核心期刊占比不均衡等问题。建议同一学科不同医院编辑部联合办刊;利用医院学科优势争取优质稿源,缩短出版周期;提高基础医学论文比例,提升期刊整体学术水平。【结论】医院主办医学期刊应该走更符合自己特点的发展之路,以更好地服务医学临床与科研。

Abstract:

[Purposes] The paper aims to analyze the problems of medical journals edited by hospitals and to put forward some suggestions.[Methods] Based on the China Biology Medicine Disc（CBMdisc）,medical journals edited by hospitals with the merely CN number are selected.The problems are summarized by analyzing the characteristics of these journals.And suggestions are put forward by comparing with the situation existed in other journals reported in the literature reviews.[Findings] A total of222 journals in line with the requirements were screened out.The problems included the diversity of responsible institutions,the long period of publication and the unbalanced proportion of the core journals of each subject.Suggests were proposed as follows：implementing the associated publication by differenthospitals'editorial departments of journals in the same subject,taking advantage of the hospital resources for high quality manuscripts in order to shorten the publication period,improving the proportion of basic medicine in order to enhance the overall level of journals.[Conclusions] The medical journal managed by hospitals has great development potential and amore suitableway of development should be followed to better serve the clinical and scientific research.
