摘要：

【目的】 了解中国近年来的撤稿现状。【方法】 利用Retraction Watch数据库,检索2007年1月1日至2018年12月31日中国科学论文被撤稿的数据,然后使用Excel软件进行绘图。【结果】 (1)中国撤稿总数(包括期刊论文、会议论文或摘要)最多(9276篇),其次是美国(2830篇)、印度(929篇)。(2)中国作者的期刊论文撤销总量居全球第2(2030篇),仅次于美国(2221篇),远远高于印度、日本、德国、英国等国家。(3)中国的总撤稿率(包括期刊论文、会议论文或摘要)最高,每万篇论文中被撤销了22.7篇;研究论文的撤稿率居世界第4,每万篇论文中被撤销了5.0篇。(4)撤销中国作者论文最多的出版商是IEEE (6967篇),占中国撤稿总数量的75%以上。(5)没有给明撤稿原因的论文或摘要共有6397篇,占撤稿总数的68.94%。(6)中国的所有撤销论文中,因数据问题(646篇)和重复发表(525篇)而被撤稿的论文数量最多。(7)研究论文撤销的数量有逐年增多的趋势。【结论】 随着研究人员、高等院校、科研机构、管理部门、学术期刊的共同努力,我国科学论文的撤稿数量会逐渐减少。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to study the current status of retraction in China in recent years. [Methods] The data on the retraction of China's scientific papers in Retraction Watch database from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2018 were searched, and then the Excel software was used for drawing. [Findings] (1) The total number of retractions (including articles published in journals, conference paper or abstracts) in China is the highest (9276), followed by the United States (2830) and India (929). (2) The amount of China's retracted papers published in journals is the second largest in the world (2030 articles), only behind the United States (2221), much higher than that of India, Japan, Germany, and the United Kingdom. (3) China's total retraction rate is the highest in the world, with 22.7 articles per 10000 articles; the retraction rate of research papers ranks fourth in the world, with 5.0 articles per 10000 articles. (4) The publisher contributing to the most retraction of China's articles is IEEE (6967), accounting for more than 75% of the total number of China' retractions. (5) A total of 6397 retracted papers or abstracts do not provide reasons for retraction, accounting for 68.94% of the total. (6) The main reasons for retraction are data problems (646 articles) and repeated publications (525 articles). (7) The number of retracted research papers has increased year by year. [Conclusions] With the joint efforts of researchers, institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutions, management departments, and academic journals, the number of retracted scientific papers in China will gradually decrease.
