Abstract:

[Purposes] Measures for preventing the Internet infringement on scientific journals are worked out by analyzing the current situation of Internet infringement on scientific journals.[Methods] The survey statistics were used to summarize the categories of Internet infringements on scientific journals,and the harm caused by Internet infringementwas illustrated.[Findings] Themeasures for preventing Internet infringement on scientific journals are put forward.and the countermeasures can restrain the more serious Internet infringement.[Conclusions] Control of the Internet infringement is notonly thework done by editorialoffices and scientific journals itself,but the coordinated action with the other adm inistrative departments is also needed to strike the Internet infringement.

摘要：

【目的】通过对目前科技期刊遭遇网络侵权现象的分析,试图提出科技期刊应对网络侵权的对策。【方法】采用调查统计法,归纳总结了科技期刊遭遇网络侵权的类别,并举例说明各种网络侵权对科技期刊造成的危害。【结果】提出了科技期刊防范网络侵权的对策,依靠积极作为,能够遏制目前愈演愈烈的网络侵权现象。【结论】治理对科技期刊的网络侵权工作,不只是编辑部或者期刊社的事情,还需要有关行政管理部门协同行动,共同打击侵权行为,还学术期刊出版一方净土。
