Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to put forward suggestions on the building of leading scientific journals by individual provincial-level administrative region and thereby boost the development of leading scientific journals in China.[Methods] By means of data analysis and literature research, this paper revealed the status quo and problems in the construction of leading scientific journals in various provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China, and proposed some suggestions. [Findings] There are great differences in the efforts of provincial-level administrative regions to develop leading scientific journals, and they generally fail to emphasize the development of scientific journals. [Conclusions] All provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China should strengthen coordinated development and increase input to guide scientific journals to serving regional progress and promote the construction of leading scientific journals based on local scientific characteristics and advantages.

摘要：

【目的】 进一步发挥地方省市在区域一流科技期刊建设中的作用,优化区域办刊环境,加快我国一流科技期刊建设的整体进度。【方法】 采用数据分析和文献调研等方法,揭示当前我国各省市自治区在推进一流科技期刊建设过程中的现状和问题,并提出建议。【结果】 当前各省市自治区在一流科技期刊建设中存在较大差异,地方省市在一流科技期刊建设方面的参与度与积极性整体偏弱,需要加大推进力度。【结论】 我国各省市自治区应强化协同,加大投入,结合地方科技特色和优势,在引导科技期刊服务区域经济社会发展基础上积极推进一流科技期刊建设。
