Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper discusses the author internationalization level of Chinese SCI source journals and the correlations w ith academ ic impact of journals.[Methods] We select Chinese SCI source journals（English edition）as research subjects and exclude those which have a self-citation ofmore than 20%.We introduce Fraction of Author Internationalization（FAI）and Index of Author Internationalization（IAI）for representing the author internationalization level of journals.We also make a correlation analysis between FAI1,FAI2,IAI1,IAI2 and journal impact indicators in JCR database including Total Cites,Impact Factor,5-year Impact Factor,Eeigenfactor Score,Article Influence Score,Normalized Impact Factor,Normalized Article Influence Score.[Findings] The FAI1,FAI2,IAI1,IAI2 of 50 journals are very variable.Journals such as Light-Sci Appl,Curr Zool,Cell Res,J Plant Ecol,Commun Comput Phys,Integr Zool,Nano Res have a higher author internationalization level.The FAI1,FAI2,IAI1,IAI2 of 50 journals are positively correlated w ith most impact indicators of journals.[Conclusions] The higher journal's author internationalization level is,the greater its academ ic impactwould be.

【目的】探讨我国SCI来源期刊作者国际化水平及作者国际化水平与期刊学术影响力的关系。【方法】以我国英文版SCI来源期刊为研究对象,剔除了自引率≥20%者。引入期刊作者国际化分数（Fraction of Author Internationalization,FAI）和作者国际化指数（Index of Author Internationalization,IAI）表征期刊作者国际化水平。对FAI1、FAI2、IAI1、IAI2与2014年版JCR中期刊影响力指标（总被引频次、影响因子、5年影响因子、特征因子、论文影响分值、标准化影响因子、标准化论文影响分值）进行相关分析。【结果】50种期刊FAI1、FAI2、IAI1、IAI2差异较大,Light-SciAppl、CurrZool、CellRes、JPlantEcol、CommunComputPhys、IntegrZool、NanoRes作者国际化水平较高。FAI1、FAI2、IAI1、IAI2与多数期刊影响力指标呈显著正相关。【结论】期刊作者国际化水平越高,其学术影响力越大。
