Abstract:

[Prposes] This paper analyzes the factors influencing the journal selection of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) researchers, aiming at elucidating the priorities of TCM researchers and postgraduates in journal selection for paper publication and guiding the long-term and short-term development of journals. [Mthods] We designed a questionnaire to investigate the priorities of the reviewers and authors of Chinese Journal of Experimental Traditional Medical Formulae and the researchers and postgraduates in China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences when choosing journals for paper publication.The questionnaire was verified to have good reliability and validity and then GraphPad Prism 8 was employed for statistical processing. [Fndings] Scholars attached high importance to journal level in journal selection, followed by academic influence, academic level, and credibility, fairness of review, journal impact factor, and review period, and remuneration was the least concern. [Cnclusions] Based on the priorities of scholars in journal selection for paper publication, academic journals of different levels and launching time should take measures to attract scholars, improve academic impact, and seek sustainable development.

【目的】 分析中医药科研人员投稿时选择期刊的影响因素,以了解从事中医药研究的科研工作者、研究生等的投稿关注点,并为期刊制定长期和短期发展措施提供指导。 【方法】 选择中医药科技期刊《中国实验方剂学杂志》的审稿人和作者,以及中国中医科学院科研人员、在读研究生为研究对象,采用问卷调查方法分析中医药科技论文作者选择刊物投稿时的关注因素及投稿取向,在保证调查问卷信度和效度的基础上,采用GraphPad Prism 8软件进行统计学处理。 【结果】 作者选刊投稿最注重的因素为期刊级别,其次为期刊学术影响力、学术水平及信誉度,审稿公平性,期刊影响因子,审稿周期等,对稿酬的关注最低。 【结论】 对于不同级别和不同创刊年限的学术期刊,可针对不同作者群体关注的因素,有阶段性地制定改进措施,以提高期刊的收稿量和学术影响力,促进期刊的可持续发展。
