Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to bring some enlightenment on the supply-side structural reform of scientific journals. [Methods] Based on the current status and challenges in the development of journals related to laboratory medicine in China, this paper put forward the measures for the supply-side structural reform of journals related to laboratory medicine. [Findings] In light of the development status and problems, journals related to laboratory medicine should carry out supply-side structural reform from macrostructure, production factors, and structure elements such as cover, columns, and papers (quantity and type) in line with the principle of optimizing resource allocation of elements, so as to promote the high-quality development of scientific journals. [Conclusions] Scientific journals in China should proactively adjust their structure and optimize resource allocation to deepen supply-side structural reform. Moreover, by adhering to innovation-driven development mode, they will achieve their full potential.

【目的】 为我国科技期刊供给侧结构性改革提供有益启示。【方法】 从国内检验医学期刊现状及面临的问题入手,提出检验医学期刊供给侧结构性改革的实践与对策。【结果】 检验医学期刊针对其发展现状及面临的问题,以调整优化要素资源配置为主线,从检验医学期刊宏观结构、期刊生产要素升级、期刊构成要素如封面设计、期刊栏目、期刊载文数量和类型等方面进行供给侧结构性改革,推动科技期刊文化产业高质量发展。【结论】 我国科技期刊应积极调整刊物结构、优化资源配置,深入推进供给侧结构性改革,坚持创新驱动发展,激发科技期刊内生动力。
