Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to clarify the current situation of scientific journals serving the national innovation and development, find out key problems and internal and external limiting factors existing in the serving process, and seek the feasible paths of scientific journals serving national innovation-driven development strategy. [Methods] By using the methods of documentation, classical case analysis, expert interviews, and symposium, the specific strategies and implementation plans of enhancing the service ability and supporting function of Chinese scientific journals in the innovation and development were explored. [Findings] The effective service paths mainly include improving the service consciousness and ability of scientific journals, strengthening the construction of clustering, quality, specialization, and internationalization of the journals, improving the multimedia visibility of innovation achievements, promoting the industry-university-research cooperation through academic conferences and activities, and building the national digital publishing platform. [Conclusions] In the critical period of national innovation construction and development, we should shoulder the historical mission, respond to the call of the times, and actively promote scientific journals to serve national innovation construction and social progress.

【目的】 明确科技期刊服务国家创新发展的现状,找出科技期刊在服务国家创新发展中存在的关键问题以及内在和外在影响因素,找准我国科技期刊服务国家创新驱动发展战略的可行路径。【方法】 通过文献资料检索、经典案例分析、专家访谈、召开座谈会,寻求我国科技期刊在创新发展中提升服务能力和支撑作用的具体策略和实施方案。【结果】 有效的服务路径主要包括提升科技期刊服务意识和服务能力,加强科技期刊集群化、精品化、专业化和国际化建设,强化创新成果的多媒体宣传,通过举办学术会议和学术活动积极促进产学研合作,建设国家科技期刊数字出版平台。【结论】 在国家创新建设和发展的关键时期,期刊编辑要肩负起历史使命,响应时代的号召,积极推动科技期刊服务国家创新建设和社会进步。
