Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to explore the improvement room in current administrative supervision model for electric power scientific journal review and the implementation method of journal extending review. [Methods] On the basis of the reviewing practical experiences in electric power scientific journals, the methods of extending reviewing on scientificalness, innovation, value in research field and industry popularize were analyzed and generalized. [Findings] The major contents of extending review are innovation and value judgment, corresponding content and title, content structures, logic relationship and rational reference citations. The corresponding methods of extending review are proposed. [Conclusions] The extending review based on the paper anatomy has a promoting effect on the quality of scientific journals. The extension of review mode is a crucial topic in the future.

【目的】 探索科技期刊行政监管式审读的提升空间和延伸审读的实施方法。【方法】 结合电力科技期刊审读实践经验,概括和分析论文科学性、创新性、研究与应用价值的延伸审读方法。【结果】 延伸审读的重点内容为创新性及价值判断、文题对应、内容结构、逻辑关系以及文献引用合理性分析,并提出了相应的审读策略。【结论】 基于深度解剖论文开展的延伸审读,对科技期刊质量的提升有重要推动作用,审读模式拓展是有待深入探讨的课题。
