Abstract:

[Purposes] In order to study the situation and main problems of the advance digital publication of scientific journals in China.[Methods] The relevant papers and data are studied through statistical analysis.[Findings] China's advance digital publication has developed rapidly in recent years,but the understanding of advance digital publication is very vague in the periodical industry,and our advance digital publication has a series of problems.The impact of the advance digital publication does not necessarily lead to a positive effect on influence factors.Publication delay is seriously restricted by the fixed number system of scientific journals.[Conclusions] Compared w ith foreign countries, our advance digital publication does not present the real meaning of advance digital publication.It needs to solve the problem of how to merge w ith the traditional“Three check and three proofreading”system as soon as possible.The advance digital publication model of our country is also restricted by industry standards,relevant laws and regulations.

摘要：

【目的】明晰目前我国优先数字出版的发展研究现状以及存在的主要问题。【方法】对我国优先数字出版的相关文献进行调研,并通过知网的相关数据进行统计分析。【结果】我国优先数字出版近年来发展迅速,但期刊行业对优先数字出版认识非常模糊,且存在着较为严重的问题,如其对期刊影响因子的影响、期刊固定页码制度限制等。【结论】与国外相比目前我国的优先数字出版形式并不是真正意义的优先数字出版,与传统的“三审三校”制度如何很好的融合以缩短出版时滞将成为需要尽快解决的问题;我国优先数字出版模式的发展还受到行业标准及相关法律法规的跟进限制。
