Abstract:

[Purposes] The article Rational Reflectionon the Mission of the University Journal shows that periodical digitization should belong to the IT industry and be a pure natural science research.The purpose of this paper is to argue that this view is w rong.[Methods] Scientific journals should be the active participant in digital publication by taking the current rapid development of App as an example from many aspects.[Findings] The impact of new technology on scientific journal cannot be preached and ignored.[Conclusions] The demands of authors and readers are constantly changing with the development.Themain developmentmode of scientific journal should meet the needs of authors and readers.

摘要：

【目的】从多方面论述尹玉吉先生在《关于大学学报使命的理性反思》的文章中提出“学报数字化课题应属于IT行业的、纯粹自然科学的研究问题”这种观点的不合理性。【方法】以目前飞速发展的期刊App为例,多方面论证目前科技期刊应是数字化的积极参与者。【结果】新技术对于科技期刊的影响不能鼓吹,也不能无视。【结论】数字化出版下作者和读者需求是不断发展变化的,科技期刊数字化是由主办单位为主体的,以满足作者和读者两端的需求和便利为主要发展模式。
