Abstract:

[Purposes] This study explores the law of development of periodicals.Looking to the future of the development of periodical isw ill stregthen the theoretical construction of scientific journals.[Methods] From the perspectives of the author,the reader,and the editor,this study analyzed the development of power of scientific and technical journals in a philosophical way.[Findings] The result shows that the contradiction movement of authors,readers and editors is the basic motive force for the developmentof scientific and technical journals;the change of the academic community needs is the fundamentalmotive force of the development of scientific and technical journals;innovation is the directmotive force of the development of scientific and technical journals.[Conclusions] The future of scientific and technical journals w ill pay more attention to the demand of the academ ic community and the reading tendency of readers.Communication technology w ill be highly integrated;scientific and technological information servicesmore accurate;journals publishingmore convenient.

【目的】探索科技期刊的发展规律,展望科技期刊发展未来图景,加强科技期刊的理论建设。【方法】从作者、读者、编辑三个基本要素入手,对科技期刊发展动力进行哲学分析。【结果】作者、读者与编辑三者的矛盾运动是科技期刊发展的基本动力,学术共同体的需求变化是科技期刊发展的根本的动力,科技期刊创新是科技期刊发展的直接动力。【结论】未来科技期刊更加重视学术共同体的需求和读者的信息获取倾向,传播技术高度整合,科技信息服务更加精准,期刊出版更加便利。
