摘要：

【目的】 剖析国内外科技期刊运营现状,探讨科技期刊如何通过建立自主运营模式助力高质量发展。【方法】 以航空学报杂志社为典型案例,详细分析其在创新市场化运营机制、严控论文品质、拓展精品化学术服务、培育尖端型人才等方面的具体实践。【结果】 航空学报杂志社借助多元化运营实践,成功实现自我造血,旗下《航空学报》与CJA影响力与载文量实现双提升,打造出一流期刊品牌与学术交流平台,推动了成果转化与人才培养。【结论】 建议学术期刊积极挖掘市场潜力,优化运营模式、强化运营能力,以此提升国内外影响力与竞争力,进而实现可持续性发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes] To analyze the current operation status of scientific and technological journals, and explore how scientific and technological journals can contribute to high-quality development by establishing an independent operation mode.[Methods] Taking the Editorial Office of Chinese Journal of Aeronautics as a typical case, a detailed analysis is conducted on its specific practices in innovating the market-oriented operation mechanism, strictly controlling the quality of papers, expanding high-quality academic services, and cultivating top-notch talents.[Findings] Through the diversified operational practices, the Editorial Office of Chinese Journal of Aeronautics has achieved a dual improvement in both the influence and the number of published papers of Acta Aeronautica et Astronautica Sinica and Chinese Journal of Aeronautics. It has established first-class journal brands and academic exchange platforms, and promoted the transformation of research achievements and talent cultivation.[Conclusions] It is recommended that academic journals actively explore market potential, optimize the operation mode, strengthen the operation ability, so as to enhance their influence and competitiveness at home and abroad, and further achieve sustainable development.
