摘要：

【目的】探索英文科技期刊国际编委效能跟踪指标构建及提升策略并进行效果分析,为一流英文科技期刊国际化发展提供参考。【方法】以《现代电力系统与清洁能源学报》(英文)的发展实践为切入点,梳理并构建国际编委效能跟踪指标,剖析国际编委效能降级的内、外原因,提出国际编委效能提升策略。【结果】在一流英文期刊国际化发展中,国际编委效能跟踪指标和国际编委效能提升策略可有效提升国际编委效能,激发国际编委工作积极性,增强国际编委工作投入度。【结论】一流英文科技期刊应重视对国际编委效能的跟踪和提升,进一步完善国际编委效能提升策略,从而提升期刊的国际竞争力和影响力。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the construction of efficiency tracking indicators and enhancement strategies for the effectiveness of international editorial board members in English scientific journals and conduct an effectiveness analysis, providing a reference for the international development of first-class English scientific journals. [Methods] Based on the development practice of Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy, this paper sorted out and constructed the efficiency tracking indicators for the in ternational editorial board members, analyzed the internal and external causes of decreased efficiency, and proposed strategies for enhancing their efficiency. [Findings] In the international development of first-class English scientific journals, the proposed efficiency tracking indicators and enhancement strategies for the international editorial board members can effectively improve their efficiency, stimulate their work enthusiasm, and overall enhance the commitment of the international editorial board members. [Conclusions] First-class English scientific journals should attach importancetotracking and enhancing the efficiency of international editorial board members, making further improvement on the strategies for enhancing their efficiency, thereby enhancing the international competitiveness and influence of the journal.
