摘要：

目的 研究编辑能力提升与发展路径可为期刊编辑人才培育提供参考。 方法 以《航空学报》创刊60年在航空航天领域引领学科发展、服务工程创新、推动学术传播、促进人才培养方面取得的成绩为基础，结合笔者15年学术期刊编辑从业经历，探究学术编辑能力提升与发展路径。 结果 遵守3个要领：学术诚信、质量把控、沟通协作，奉行5个坚持：提升专业素养、探索工作创新、优化作者服务、扩大朋友圈、实现编辑价值。 结论 学术编辑的成长与能力提升对促进期刊发展发挥重要作用。

Abstract:

Purposes Research on the capabilities improvement and development paths of editors can provide reference for the cultivation of journal editing talents. Methods Based on the achievements of the Acta Aeronautica et Astronautica Sinica in the past 60 years， which have led the development of disciplines， served engineering innovation， promoted academic dissemination， and facilitated talent cultivation in the aerospace field， and author’s 15 years experience as an academic journal editor， the research focuses on exploring the capacity enhancement and development path of academic journal editors. Findings The cultivation of academic journal editors can be summarized as adhering to three principles： the principle of academic integrity， the principle of quality control， and the principle of communication and collaboration. And following five constants： constantly enhancing professional skills， constantly exploring work innovation， constantly optimizing author services， constantly expanding social connections， and constantly realizing the value of the editor. Conclusions The growth and improvement of academic editors play a significant role in promoting the development of journals.
