摘要：

【目的】对国际掠夺性期刊特征标准进行总结研究,找出其内容规律和研究方向,并为我国预警期刊名单制定提供有益参考。【方法】通过数据库文献调研和网络调研,利用Excel、引文网络等工具选取期刊黑名单列表、研究文献、期刊评价工具和高校图书馆四大方面的标准进行系统研究。【结果】国际掠夺性期刊特征标准内容集中在期刊与编委会信息、同行评议、商业实践、存档访问与版权、索引和指标、文章、网站、文章处理费和出版实践等方面,研究开始注重对标准有效性的评估和标准编制。【结论】国际掠夺性期刊研究可以为我国预警期刊特征标准研究的内容、方法方向和研究主体提供有益参考。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper studies the criteria for determining predatory journals, aiming to grasp the content and research directions of criteria and provide references for domestic research and formulation of the early warning journal list. [Methods] Through literature research and network research, we used Excel, citation network, and other tools to conduct a system review on the criteria of journal blacklists, research papers, journal evaluation tools, and university libraries. [Findings] The content of criteria mainly involves journal and editorial board information, peer review, business practice, archiving and access, indexing and metrics, article, website, article processing charge, and publication practices. The research begins to focus on the effectiveness evaluation and formulation of standards. [Conclusions] The research on international predatory journals can provide a reference for determining the research content, method, direction, and subject of the criteria for determining China's journals under early warning.
