摘要：

【目的】 探讨电力科技期刊在电力科技发展中发挥的推动作用。【方法】 以中国电科院期刊集群为研究对象,介绍集群期刊在论文发表、栏目策划、会议组织等方面开展的工作,并通过中国知网数据库、玛格泰克采编系统等平台提供数据支撑,验证各项工作对推动电力科技发展的作用。【结果】 电力科技期刊通过报道前沿热点、开展期刊国际化宣传、组织写作培训、审理行业论文、举办学术论坛等方式发挥作用,实现对科研方向的引导、科研成果的发布以及科研人才的培育。【结论】 电力科技期刊要立足于电力行业需求,结合出版行业特点,勇于创新探索,创造出利于自身发展的生态系统,持续推动电力科技发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper explores the role of electric power journals in the development of electric power science and technology (EPST). [Methods] The papers, columns, and academic conferences of the journal cluster of China Electric Power Research Institute were introduced and thereby the role of the journals in the development of EPST was expounded based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Magtech editing system. [Findings] Electric power journals reinforce EPST development by reporting hot spots, enhancing journal internationalization, organizing the training of writing, reviewing industry papers, and holding academic forums to guide scientific research direction, the publication of research outcomes, and talent training. [Conclusions] Based on the needs of electric power industry and the characteristics of the publishing industry, electric power journals should break new ground to establish a system for their own development and the development of EPST.
