【目的】 探讨学术期刊新媒体传播风险的规避对策,进一步提升学术期刊新媒体传播的效果。【方法】 归纳学术期刊新媒体传播过程中形成和放大的风险类型,分析其具体成因,并提出相应的风险规避对策。【结果】 学术期刊在新媒体传播过程中面临着意识形态风险、著作权风险、学术伦理风险与表达风险。这四类风险实际上是期刊在意识、规制、人员、流程管理等方面的问题被新媒体传播放大的结果。【结论】 学术期刊要想规避新媒体传播风险,不仅要强化风险意识、完善规制、自查过刊、从严把关,做好源头风险排查;还要善于借助新媒体的技术、平台、资源和用户等优势,创新各类风险的监管方式,防范和应对风险放大。
[Purposes] This paper is to explore the countermeasures for academic journals to avoid the risk in new media communication, and further enhance the new media communication effect of academic journals. [Methods] We concluded the risk types formed and amplified during the new media communication of academic journals, analyzed their specific causes, and provided corresponding countermeasures. [Findings] Academic journals are confronted with ideological risk, copyright risk, academic ethics risk, and expression risk. These four risks result from the fact that the problems of academic journals in consciousness, regulation, editorial staff, and process management are amplified by the new media communication. [Conclusions] In order to avoid the risk of new media communication, academic journals should not only strengthen the risk awareness, perfect the regulation, organize self-examination, and control the editing process strictly to check source risk, but also be good at using the advantages of new media technologies, platforms, resources, and users to innovate the supervision methods of all kinds of risks, and to prevent and deal with the risk amplification.
