摘要：

【目的】 探讨高校“双一流”建设和培育世界一流期刊背景下农林高校期刊的发展现状,为我国农林高校期刊实现更好、更具特色的发展提供参考。【方法】 分析并讨论农林中文核心期刊、农林一流大学建设高校和一流学科建设高校主办期刊和农林SCI期刊的发展现状。【结果】 我国高校主办的农林中文核心期刊占农林中文核心期刊总量的31.76%,其CNKI综合影响因子均值低于各学科期刊的整体均值。我国高校主办的农林期刊中仅2种期刊被SCI收录。全球范围内仅由高校独立主办的农林SCI期刊占农林SCI期刊总量的13.95%,且高校主办SCI期刊的JCR影响因子均值明显低于该学科期刊的影响因子均值。【结论】 期刊应集群化发展,并与世界知名出版商进行合作出版;“双一流”建设农林高校主办的期刊应借助一流学科平台和学术资源优势,实现专业化发展,同时,也要呼吁将学术期刊作为“双一流”建设高校评价体系的重要内容;农林高校期刊要围绕“脱贫攻坚”“绿水青山就是金山银山”等重点主题进行策划,打造特色专栏,服务于国家重大战略部署,实现农林高校科技期刊更具特色的发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to discuss development status of journals sponsored by agricultural and forestry universities under the background of double first-class construction and cultivation of world-class journals, so as to provide references for the better and distinctive development of agricultural and forestry journals in China. [Methods] The current situation of Chinese core journals, the journals sponsored by the universities which participate in the construction plan of world-class universities and first-class disciplines, and SCI journals in the field of agriculture and forestry was analyzed and discussed. [Findings] Chinese core journals sponsored by agriculture and forestry universities account for 31.76% of the total number of Chinese core journals of agriculture and forestry, and their average comprehensive impact factor of CNKI is lower than the overall average value of journals in each discipline. There are only two agricultural and forestry SCI journals sponsored by universities in China. Globally, the agricultural and forestry SCI journals independently sponsored by universities account for 13.95% of the total number of agricultural and forestry SCI journals, and the average JCR impact factors of SCI journals sponsored by universities are significantly lower than the overall average impact factors of SCI journals in the same discipline. [Conclusions] Journals should be clustered and published in cooperation with world-famous publishers; journals sponsored by agricultural and forestry universities should take advantage of first-class discipline platform and academic resources to achieve professional development, and also call for academic journals to be an important part of the evaluation system of double-first-class construction universities; journals sponsored by agricultural and forestry universities should be planned around the key themes such as "poverty alleviation" and "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets", to create special columns, serve the important national strategic plans, and realize the characteristic development of scientific journals of agricultural and forestry universities.
