摘要：

【目的】 分析人文社会科学英文期刊评价指标的设计及存在的问题。【方法】 在了解我国英文期刊发展现状的基础上,分析近期国家政策文件要求,设计人文社会科学英文期刊评价模型和评价指标体系。【结果】 在人文社会科学英文期刊评价模型的设计过程中,将评价指标划分为一票否决指标、计分指标、扣分指标和观察指标,并构建由吸引力、管理力、影响力3个一级指标构成的人文社会科学英文期刊评价指标体系。【结论】 规模性开展评价工作时首先要解决“家底”不清的问题,其次需进一步对“英文期刊”进行界定,最后还要解决定量评价数据及专家同行评议问题。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the design of evaluation indicator for the English journals of humanities and social sciences and its problems. [Methods] Based on the analysis of policy documents, especially published in 2018, the process evaluation model and indicator system were established based on knowing the state of English journals published in China. [Finding] In the process of designing the evaluation model for English journals of humanities and social sciences, the evaluation indicators are divided into one-vote veto indicator, score indicator, point-deduction indicator, and observation indicator, and three first-class indicators of attraction power, management power, and impact power are constructed. [Conclusions] Three problems need to be solved in turns, which respectively are finding humanities and social sciences English academic journals, defining the concept of English journal, and quantitatively evaluating the data and the expert peer review.
