摘要：

【目的】 分析中国知网(CNKI)数据库科技期刊被撤销论文特征,以期为我国科技期刊管理提供参考。【方法】 检索CNKI数据库自开始收录至2016年12月31日发表的撤销或撤稿声明,逐条分析被撤销论文的来源期刊、撤销时间、发表时间及被撤销原因,并根据论文撤销时间和发表时间计算论文撤销时滞。【结果】 共检索到210篇被撤销论文,分布在146种期刊中,且全部为科技期刊。2007—2016年被撤销论文数量逐年增加,2015年最多。210篇被撤销论文的撤销时滞为1145个月,平均撤销时滞为15.8个月。因学术不端问题被撤销的论文数量最多,占48.6%。【结论】 我国被撤销论文的比例和涉及期刊的比例均较低,科学界自我净化力度仍需加强。对于存在的学术不端等问题,尚需编辑界和学术界进一步加强审核监督。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of retracted articles in scientific journal based on CNKI database and corresponding inspirations, so as to provide references for the management of domestic scientific journals. [Methods] The retractions revocation statement in CNKI database from the period of beginning collection to December 31, 2016 were searched. The source journals, revocation time, published time, and revocation reasons of retracted articles were statistically analyzed, and the revocation lag was calculated according to the revocation time and published time. [Findings] A total of 210 articles distributed in 146 journals are retracted, all of which are scientific journals. From 2007 to 2016, the number of retracted articles increases year by year, and the number in 2015 is larger than other years. The revocation lag of the 210 retracted articles range from 1 month to 145 months, and the average revocation lag is 15.8 months. The articles retracted due to academic misconduct has the largest number accounting for 48.6%. [Conclusions] The proportions of the retracted articles and number of involved journals are both in low levels, and the self-purification efforts of scientific community need to be strengthened. For the problems of academic misconduct and other issues, the audit supervision should be further strengthened in editorial and academic circles.
