摘要:

目的 探讨科技文献引文价值测度的改进方法,为科技期刊更有针对性地选题策划和组稿约稿提供参考。方法 从基于全文本内容引文分析的视角出发,分析影响引文价值测度的关键因素,并基于关键影响因素提出改进方法。结合实例分析,验证改进方法的可操作性和可行性。结果 改进方法包括语法和语义两个层面,语法层面涉及引用频次和引用位置两个维度,语义层面涉及引用类型和引用主题两个维度。结论 改进方法可以修正引文价值测度的有效性,有利于更好地揭示科技文献簇所表征研究领域的主题演变规律和发展趋势,进而有利于领域科技期刊的选题策划和组稿约稿等编辑出版工作。

Abstract:

[Purposes] An improved measurement for the citation value of scientific literature is discussed, which provides references for specifically choosing topics and soliciting contributions of scientific journals.[Methods] From the perspective of the citation analysis based on full-text contents, main influence factors for the citation value measurement were analyzed, and an improvedmeasurementwas proposed.The operability and feasibility of the improvedmeasurementwas verified by the case analysis.[Findings] The improved measurement includes syntactic and semantic levels.The former involves the citing frequency and the citing position, and the latter involves the citing type and the citing subject.[Conclusions] The improved measurement can revise the effectiveness of the citation valuemeasurement,which is good for revealing a better subject evolution law and the development trend of the research field represented by scientific literatures.Furthermore,it is of great benefit to editing and publishing works for relative scientific journals such as choosing topics and soliciting contributions.
