摘要: 【目的】 系统探究工程技术类科技期刊发展的典型经验和实践困局,丰富相关理论成果,推动此类期刊更好地服务国家科技创新、重大战略需求和经济社会发展,使其不断助力我国科技现代化的发展进程。【方法】 采用大规模数据统计、半结构化专家访谈及典型案例分析,遵循“基本情况—典型经验—实践困局—未来进路”这一逻辑思路,对工程技术类科技期刊的发展经验和实践困局进行系统分析。【结果】 工程技术类科技期刊在服务国家重大战略需求、全方位对接行业发展、多渠道助力工程技术人才成长和促进科技成果转化4个维度上形成诸多典型的做法,但其中还存在着期刊评价功能异化、期刊定位不明等隐性和显性问题。【结论】 广大工程技术类科技期刊需要从全面提升服务国家重大战略和经济社会发展能力、注重推动差异化和特色化发展、优化办刊手段和服务能力、全方位服务垂直领域等角度进行优化,从而更好地服务于国家重大科技工程发展和产业关键技术突破。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper systematically explores the typical experience and practical challenges in the development of engineering and technology journals, enriches relevant theoretical achievements, and assists these journals in better serving national scientific and technological innovation, major strategic needs, and socio-economic development, thereby enabling them to continuously contribute to the development process of China's scientific and technological modernization. [Methods] Using large-scale data statistics, semi-structured expert interviews, and analysis of typical cases, this paper systematically analyzed the development experience and practical challenges of the engineering and technology journals following the logical approach of "basic situation—typical experience—practical challenges—future path". [Findings] Engineering and technology journals have developed many typical practices in four dimensions: serving major national strategic needs, comprehensive alignment with industry development, facilitating the growth of engineering and technical talents through multiple channels, and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. However, there are still many implicit and explicit problems such as the functional deviation of journal evaluation and unclear journal positioning. [Conclusions] Engineering and technology journals need to optimize their services by enhancing their capabilities to serve major national strategies and socio-economic development, promoting differentiated and specialized development, optimizing journal management methods and service capabilities, and providing comprehensive services in vertical fields. By doing so, these journals can better serve the development of major national scientific and technological projects and breakthroughs in key industrial technologies.
