摘要：

【目的】 探讨科技期刊集约协同管理的模式与方法。【方法】 以Light学术出版中心为例,从创新管理模式、统筹资源共享、完善制度建设、促进人才培养、推动融合出版5个方面,系统总结集约协同管理模式在推动Light期刊集群建设与编辑人才培养方面的举措与成效。【结果】 集约协同管理模式在推动Light期刊集群建设和编辑人才培养方面发挥着重要作用,成效显著:期刊集群、富媒体平台、全媒体矩阵的发展态势良好,影响力与日俱增;编辑人才快速成长,期刊、编辑团队、编辑个人多次获得国家及省部级奖项和荣誉。【结论】 集约协同管理模式可为推动我国科技期刊集群建设与编辑人才培养提供参考。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper discusses the intensive management mode and methods for scientific journals. [Methods] Taking Light Publishing Group as an example, we summarized the efforts of Light Publishing Group in management mode innovation, resource sharing, system improvement, talent cultivation, and media convergence for the intensive management. [Findings] Intensive management plays an important role in the clustering management and talent cultivation of Light Publishing Group and achieves prominent outcomes, as manifested by the well-developed journals cluster, rich-media platform, and all-media matrix, and rapid growth of editors. The journals, editorial teams, and editors have won many prizes or honors of national and provincial levels. [Conclusions] The intensive management mode can promote the clustering development and talent cultivation of China's scientific journals.
