【目的】 探索科技期刊编辑进行科普短视频创作与传播的途径和方法,为提高科技期刊编辑职业素养提供参考。【方法】 应用案例分析法,以《广西医学》《微创医学》《内科》编辑制作的健康科普短视频为研究对象,对医学期刊编辑在创作短视频的理念、内容选题、表达形式、传播途径方面的优缺点等进行整理和分析。【结果】 科技期刊编辑要树立社会责任感,创作科普短视频时须注重科学取材,表达形式多样化,解读科普政策,关注热点问题,细化科普对象,把握播放时机,注重人文关怀,遵循传播规律;利用好编委智库资源,平衡好日常工作与短视频制作的时间,坚持融媒体系统创作,以更好地进行科普短视频创作及传播,提升职业素养,拓展编辑技能和事业发展空间。【结论】 科技期刊编辑进行科普短视频制作,不仅可以促进科普知识传播,提高公众科学素养,还可以提升编辑职业素养,提高期刊影响力,从而有利于期刊的创新发展。
[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the approach to and method of creating and disseminating short videos concerning science popularization by scientific journal editors and to provide references for improving the occupational accomplishment of scientific journal editors. [Methods] Case analysis was used to study the short videos of health science popularization produced by editors from Guangxi Medical Journal, Journal of Minimally Invasive Medicine, and Internal Medicine. The ideas, contents selection, expression forms, dissemination approaches, and their advantages and disadvantages of short video creation by medical journal editors were arranged and analyzed. [Findings] Scientific journal editors should establish a sense of social responsibility and emphasize material drawing in a scientific manner and diversified expression forms. Additionally, editors can interpret policies on science popularization, pay attention to hot issues, and refine objects of science popularization to seize the timing to play short videos. It is meaningful to focus on humanistic care and follow the rules of communication. By utilizing think tank resources of editorial board, editors can effectively balance the time of daily working and short video production and insist on systematic creation using convergence media, which facilitates the creation and dissemination of short videos concerning science popularization. Consequently, their occupational accomplishment can be improved, and editorial skills and career development can be expanded. [Conclusions] The production of short videos concerning science popularization by scientific journal editors may promote the dissemination of scientific knowledge and improve public scientific literacy. Moreover, it is beneficial to improving the occupational accomplishment of editors and the influence of journals, contributing to the innovative development of journals.
