一流学科建设对我国SCI期刊学科布局的影响分析

摘要:

【目的】 研究一流学科建设对我国SCI期刊学科布局及期刊数量增长的影响。【方法】 将2020年SCI期刊学科数据对比2017年数据,研究一流学科建设以来我国SCI期刊学科布局等的变化。【结果】 我国SCI期刊逐渐由理学期刊数量居首位转变为工学期刊数量居首位。在中科院期刊分区表中,1区、2区期刊的数量和比例大幅上升。优势学科期刊地位相对稳固。在新增SCI期刊的主办机构中,高校最具优势,其一流学科建设催生出众多的本学科及相关交叉学科的SCI期刊。其他主办机构虽然不是一流学科建设的直接主体,但与一流学科建设主体紧密相连。【结论】 一流学科建设的投入直接影响我国SCI期刊的学科布局和增长趋势。强大的工科投入力度促进高水平工学期刊数量的快速增长。新增期刊的学科分布亦呈现出一定程度的高投入、高增长趋势。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to study the influence of first-class discipline construction on the discipline layout and growth of the number of China's SCI journals.[Methods] The paper compared the discipline data of SCI journals in 2020 with those in 2017, and studied the changes in the discipline layout of China's SCI journals since the first-class discipline construction. [Findings] China's SCI journals have gradually changed from the top number of science journals to the top number of engineering journals. In terms of journal ranking of China Academy of Sciences, the number and proportion of journals in Q1 and Q2 have increased significantly. The position of advantageous discipline journals remained stable. Among the sponsors of new journals, colleges and universities were predominant, and their first-class discipline construction has spawned a large number of SCI journals of the discipline itself and related interdisciplinary disciplines. Although other sponsors are not directly involved in the first-class discipline construction, they are closely connected with those constructing the first-class disciplines. [Conclusions] Investment in the first-class discipline construction has a direct impact on the discipline layout and growth trend of China's SCI journals, and strong investment in engineering has contributed to the rapid growth of high-level engineering journals. The discipline layout of newly included journals also shows high investment and high growth trend to a certain extent.
