摘要：

【目的】 调研分析我国学会办刊的特点和挑战,研究我国学会办刊的发展策略。【方法】 通过数据分析、文献调研、案例分析等方法研究学术社团办刊现状,总结我国学会办刊的优势和挑战,探讨未来发展的策略。【结果】 学会在科技期刊创办和发展中发挥了重要作用,目前我国学会办刊存在起步早、数量多、学科广等特点,也存在管理松散、数字化进程缓慢等问题。【结论】 加强期刊发展与学会工作的结合,加强学会办刊规划,加大专项支持力度,充分利用学会的智力资源和平台资源,提升办刊能力,实现一流期刊和一流学会的建设目标。

Abstract:

[Purposes] It is to propose development strategies for Chinese academic societies managed journals based on analysis of their characteristics and challenges. [Methods] The characteristics of current development, superiorities, and challenges of Chinese academic societies managed journals were explored through data analysis, literature review, and classic cases investigation. In addition, the future development strategies for these journals were also discussed. [Findings] Chinese academic societies play an important role in the sponsorship and management of the scientific journals. To date, Chinese academic societies managed journals are characterized by rich history and experience, considerable quantity, and well-rounded disciplines. Meanwhile, the issues of loose management and slow advance in digital publication still exist. [Conclusions] We should strengthen the co-operation between the journals and the academic societies, promote top down development design, increase specialized financial support, make full use of the think tank and platform resources from academic societies, improve the quality of sponsorship and management, and thus make crucial contribution to achieve the expected goal of first-class journals and academic societies.
