智能互联时代下高校学报发展的现实问题及解决路径

Practical problems and solutions of the development of university journals in the era of intelligent internet

摘要:

【目的】 分析智能互联时代高校学报发展过程中遇到的现实问题,探索在人工智能+互联网新媒体技术驱动下高校学报的发展路径。【方法】 采用演绎法和路径分析法,以问题为导向对高校学报在互联网新媒体融合下可持续发展进行深入研究。【结果】 智能互联时代对高校学报的发展带来了全面、深远的影响:加大了高校学报的竞争压力,同时也为高校学报打造全新业态提供机遇;对高校学报的内容和质量提出了更高要求;有利于高校学报构建新的服务生态圈。【结论】 设计以生态新模式为着力点的高校学报发展路径:一要依托互联网+新媒体技术,建设“数据驱动”的学报内容多源采集与分析系统;二要融合人工智能方法与技术,打造“内容为王”的高质量期刊全过程管理平台;三是基于专家、编辑、作者与读者的群体智慧,构建“用户至上”的服务生态网络。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the practical problems of the development of university journals in the era of intelligent internet, and explore the solution paths of university journals driven by artificial intelligence+internet new media technology. [Methods] The sustainable development of university journals under the integration of new internet media was studied in depth via the deductive method and path analysis method. [Findings] The era of intelligent internet has brought a comprehensive and far-reaching impact on the development of university journals. First, it has increased the competitive pressure of university journals, but also provided opportunities for university journals to create a new format. Second, it has put forward higher requirements for the content and quality of university journals. Third, it is conducive to the construction of a new service ecosystem for university journals. [Conclusions] The development paths of university journals based on the new ecological mode are designed. We must rely on the internet+new media technology to build the data driven multi-source collection and analysis system of journal contents; integrate the methods and techniques of artificial intelligence, and create the whole process management platform for high-quality journals based on the concept of "content for the king"; and build a "user-first" service ecological network with the group wisdom of experts, editors, authors, and readers.
